This simple toy — a long, piece of paper wrapped around a stick — extends out a good three feet when flicked — and is compellingly satisfying to play with! (Point of interest: when looking up why it was called a Chinese yoyo, we found it is actually not a chinese yoyo — that is a wooden toy with sliding discs. This toy doesn't appear to have its own proper name beyond "paper yoyo" — still since most of the world call it a Chinese yoyo — we're going with that.)
